Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

Yes, you read it. I'm not to sure if I will be motivated tomorrow to post something or not. So I'm doing it now and earlier. After posting a 2010 summary meme of things I did over the year [link] I've come to the realization that I render a lot of female characters. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

But, a few new years resolutions are definitely in order:

1. I'm going to challenge myself to render more guys. I have purchased several things for M4 and H4 with the good intentions of making use of it, but have never seemed to follow through. So, yes, time to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone.

2. I'm going to try to master Carrara. A few weeks ago, I posted asking for help. I'm going to be taking =3dstage's advice and I'm going to work my way through Mark Bremmer's tutorials [link] .

3. I'm also going to try to dabble with Ultra Fractal [link] because of the neat fractals I've seen generated from it. I think knowing more than just how to use Apophysis might be beneficial to myself as well.

4. The one last thing I'm going to do for this year is challenge myself to paint more with my renders. I've played around with it this year, but now will be challenging myself to incorporate it constantly into my work.

So, I hope everyone has a wonderful new years and here's to a positive outlook on 2011!
